MReload Pay operates as an intermediary fintech platform that facilitates the sale and digital delivery of mobile network credits ("Airtime"), mobile internet packages ("Data Bundles"), and various electronic vouchers or digital codes ("Digital Gift Cards") offered by third-party telecommunication providers and operators around the world.
While we make every operational effort to process transactions instantly, delivery is contingent upon operational network availability and local operator system functionality.
3. User Responsibilities
When executing recharges or transactions through MReload Pay, you strictly warrant and represent the following:
- Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy of the target phone number, mobile operator choice, country code, and selected digital values. You acknowledge that delivered recharges to incorrect destination numbers are irreversible.
- Account Security: You must maintain absolute confidentiality of your portal credentials, registered email, and session tokens. All activities under your active login will be fully attributed to you.
- Compliance: You will use the platform only for lawful transactions, respecting international communications acts and financial guidelines.
4. Payments & Billing
All prices displayed for airtime, data bundles, and gift cards are inclusive of operating transaction fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. We support a range of secure payment methods, including credit cards and digital wallets.
Payments are captured instantly upon placing an order. MReload Pay reserves the right to hold, inspect, or reject any transaction under suspicion of credit card fraud, identity theft, or anti-money laundering (AML) non-compliance.

If any mobile top-up, data bundle, or digital service transaction fails to deliver or cannot be fulfilled by the destination mobile operator, your purchase funds are 100% refundable. The refund process is fully automated; the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment source or account balance without requiring manual claims.
Please note: This refund guarantee does NOT apply to successful recharge deliveries that were sent to an incorrect destination phone number provided by the user, as successful airtime transfers cannot be recalled from active mobile network databases.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for or in connection with any of the following unauthorized activities:
- Employing any automated web scrapers, indexing bots, or screen-scraping macros to extract rates, content, or platform data.
- Attempting to bypass security barriers, run penetration scans, or perform DDoS attacks against our servers.
- Registering multiple fraudulent accounts to abuse promotional balances or referral codes.
- Using stolen payment credentials or utilizing the platform for unlawful money transfers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, MReload Pay, its parent entities, directors, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- The use or the inability to access our online services.
- Delays, interruptions, or failures in telecommunication networks or destination mobile operators.
- Errors or typing mistakes made by the user when entering recharge parameters.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your customer profile transmissions.
