You must submit your formal request via email directly to our dedicated customer support desk. This ensures security trails are preserved.

Provide Account Credentials

In the body of your message, clearly state your registered email address associated with the MReload Pay account you wish to terminate. Do NOT include payment tokens or passwords.

Security Verification

For your security, our compliance team will send a verification response back to your registered address. You must confirm ownership of the account before deletion procedures commence.

Data Retention & Compliance Disclaimers

Please review these important legal details regarding the scope of account deletion:

Upon successful verification, MReload Pay will immediately deactivate your profile portal, revoke active access keys, and remove non-essential personal identifiers from our production systems in alignment with the GDPR and CCPA.

Important Compliance Exceptions: As a digital financial service processor, MReload Pay is legally bound under international Anti-Money Laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), tax, and banking regulations to retain records of your financial transactions, profile identifiers, and payment histories for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure. These secured records will be stored in an isolated, encrypted legal vault and will not be used for marketing or active analytical profiles.
