Important Compliance Exceptions: As a digital financial service processor, MReload Pay is legally bound under international Anti-Money Laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), tax, and banking regulations to retain records of your financial transactions, profile identifiers, and payment histories for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure. These secured records will be stored in an isolated, encrypted legal vault and will not be used for marketing or active analytical profiles.
